Palm Beach County sits outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, which widens the range of Florida Product Approval products available for your home rather than lowering the standard. Coastal exposure east of the Intracoastal still drives high design pressures, and much of the county's gated housing stock carries an HOA approved-product list that decides the specification before the building code narrows it.

Broward County is entirely inside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, so every product installed here carries a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance. Permitting and inspection standards are among the strictest in the country, and the county's large stock of 1970s–1990s homes typically has original aluminium frames that fail wind mitigation outright.

Miami-Dade County is the origin of the HVHZ standard and is entirely within it. Every opening we install here is Miami-Dade NOA approved and inspected against it. Condo and high-rise work is a large share of the county's replacement market, which adds association approval and higher design pressures at elevation.

Martin County sits outside the HVHZ but within a wind-borne debris region, so Florida Product Approval applies. Hutchinson Island and the Indian River corridor carry direct Atlantic exposure and salt loading that justifies marine-grade hardware.

St. Lucie County is outside the HVHZ and covered by statewide Florida Product Approval. The barrier island communities face full Atlantic exposure, while the fast-growing inland developments around Port St. Lucie are typically straightforward whole-home replacements.
