Common questions about getting a quote
Call us, or send the form on this page. We will arrange a time to come to your property, measure every opening, look at the exposure and the condition of the surrounds, and give you an itemised written quote. There is no charge for any of that and no obligation attached to it.
No. The measure and the written quote are free. Be careful with any contractor who wants a deposit before they have measured your openings.
At your property. Everything useful happens where the openings actually are — we can measure them, look at the exposure and the condition of the surrounds, and specify against what is really there. The office runs by appointment, so call ahead if you need to come to us.
We answer the phone Sunday to Thursday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. We are closed Saturday. Form submissions come through to the same team and we aim to get back to you the same day.
Nothing, though three things help if you have them: a rough count of the openings you want replaced, your current homeowners insurance declarations page if the wind mitigation credit is part of your thinking, and your HOA's approved product list if you are in a community that maintains one. None of it is required — we can work all of it out on site.
